Designed with a 30,000 RPM high-speed DC motor combined with an optimized and durable gear system, this motor assembly delivers an excellent balance of speed and controlled torque depending on the selected gear ratio. Thanks to the high motor speed, it achieves both superior top speed and precise torque transmission, making it a strong choice for line follower robots and competition-oriented mobile robot platforms.
The precision-manufactured gear system transfers the motor’s high rotational speed to the wheels with minimal power loss, ensuring efficient and responsive motion. The optimized high-speed / low-vibration balance allows stable operation even at high RPM levels while keeping mechanical wear to a minimum.
The included wheel hub and silicone tire provide strong ground traction, reducing wheel slip and helping the robot maintain stable movement on the track. Its compact form factor enables easy integration into lightweight and space-constrained chassis designs.
Due to the high torque demand, these motors draw high current during operation. Standard motor drivers may suffer from current limitations, leading to performance loss or overheating. For maximum efficiency, stability, and safe operation, the use of our in-house, high-current motor driver is strongly recommended.
