BASIC LEVEL LINE-FOLLOWING ROBOT – PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Motor and Speed ​​Structure:

The DC motors used in the robot are selected to provide sufficient speed and control balance for line-following applications. This structure allows the robot to move smoothly in straight lines and to move without deviating from the line in curves.

Wheel and Chassis Design:

Thanks to the compact chassis structure and lightweight wheels, the robot can make quick direction changes with low inertia. The wheel-ground compatibility offers a stable driving character on training tracks.

Sensor Structure:

Multiple line detection sensors located at the bottom continuously monitor the position of the line by detecting the black-white ground contrast. The sensor arrangement is structured to reliably follow basic and intermediate level curves.

Weight Balance:

The motors and electronic components are positioned close to the wheel axis. This allows the robot to move along the line without swaying or unnecessary oscillation.
